Recently Shenzhen University initiated ‘National Regional University League of UOOC’, promoting online teaching and long-distance education. The league aims to improve the efficiency of teaching and learning by using modern technical means. Our affiliated members Prof. Liu Yi, Ms. Luo Sha and Ms. Meng Ruisi took active part in this reform activity, and served as important members of courses such as English reading. They designed and presented English listening, speaking, reading and writing courses, and carried out investigation of independent learning and pedagogy in MOOC courses.
