Prof. Liu Yi attended the International Systemic Functional Congress held in Aachen, Germany in July, 2015, and gave a presentation on “Commitment resources as instructional strategies”. He investigated the types and properties of resources that teachers can use in the teaching method of “reading to learn” in college classes. The talk aroused extensive interest and heated discussion among audience.
