计算凝聚态物理研究所成立于2006年,前身是计算物理实验室。研究所拥有二十多台微机组成的并行计算机群,主要致力于利用非平衡格林函数和密度泛函的第一性原理方法研究分子器件的量子输运性质,先后承担了国家自然科学基金项目四项,其他省部级项目和市、校级科研课题七项,近年来发表SCI论文二十篇,获得了深圳市2006年度科技创新奖和2005年度深圳大学科技创新奖。
The institute of computational condensed matter physics (ICCMP), which had been the computational physics lab, was authorized by Shenzhen University in 2006. It processed a parallel computer system composed of twenty-six microcomputers. The institute research is mainly engaged in theoretical investigation of quantum transport properties of molecular devices by using non-equilibrium Green’s functional approach and the first principle calculation method of density functional theory. It has obtained four funds of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and seven other funds from Guandong Natural Science Foundation, Shenzhen Bureau of Science Technology and Shenzhen University, etc. Recent years, it has published twenty research SCI papers and won 2005 Shenzhen University Academic Innovation award in 2006 and the government award of 2006 Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation in 2007.
