Job Responsibilities:
Ø Customer order fulfillment that covers each link from order entry to delivery, communicate with internal customers on order status and ETA status etc.
Ø Exploit all approaches to maximize shipment and assist region to achieve CA target
n Interlock with region on order load plan and pre assess supply and prepare for capacity etc.
n Order change and proactive backlog management
Ø Leverage manufacture, planning and logistic efforts to meet the service level target or customer requirements esp. for big deals or urgent orders
Ø 4. Drive for aging Inventory consumption to meet write-off and aged FGI target
Ø 5. Lead process optimization projects to enhance process efficiency, reduce lead-time etc.
Ø 6. Deal with special customer requirements and complaints and improve region satisfaction.
Requirement:
Ø Bachelor or above degrees with major in foreign trade, business mgmt and supply chain mgmt etc.
Ø Min 1 year experience in PC/PC+ supply chain, preferable with order execution or customer fulfillment background
Ø Good command of English, both written and oral and good computer skills eg. SAP, Microsoft Office
Ø Good communication and coordination skills with front-end and back-end teams
Ø Great logical thinking and analysis capability with innovative thinking
Ø Aggressive to drive business with strong ownership and leadership and sense of urgency
Ø Customer oriented; fully self-motivated and flexible,hard working and willing to OT whenever required
