1.Customer Service Clerk / 客户服务专员
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Timely print out the EDI booking fm agent and distribute to each trade.
2.Input booking into system on time and ensure the accuracy for all booking information.
3.Pick up incoming phone call to follow up the booking inquiry fm customers.
4.Timely reply internal and external email for booking inquiry.
5.Filing the booking sheet trade by trade once vessel departure.
6.Make booking input monitor daily report for each person input quantity.
7.Update rate & surcharge in central filing correctly and timely.
8.Keep close communicate with sales team and trade management for any unclear rate cases.
9.Ensure rate exists and booking completed timely.
10.Check for MOC compliance for NVOCC bookings.
11.Monitor & handle MOLIP’s amendment,inquiries…in rating.
12.Send special cargo application to vessel planer timely.
13.Keep close communication with vessel planner and sales/customers for any wrong items related to special cargo.
14.Send booking summary to trade management timely.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. 1 year work experience or the fresh with working experiences, preferably in shipping industry;
3. Fluency in oral and written English, at least CET 4;
4. Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office software like Excel/ Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
5. Detail-oriented, reliable, independent, logical and well organized;
6. Good communication skill;
7. Teamwork spirit
2.Operator / 海运操作
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Pre-declaration container Status to terminal operator;
2. Vessel To Vessel operations (MOL vessels and Intra-Asia feeders);
3. Coordinating with feeder carriers for space purchasing;
4. Handle enquiries from internal and external customers;
5. Update booking route, vessel schedule, booking loc etc.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Proficient PC skills;
3. Good command of spoken English and Cantonese;
4. Could work under pressure
3.Marine Operation Central Planner / 海事操作
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Perform the effective / optimum central stowage planning
2.To check and confirm special cargo application except DG.
3.To confirm the acceptance of COD application
4.Monitor the terminal productivity / performance
5.Technical support to booking offices
6.Communicate with oversea terminals and agents to perform the smooth and safe cargo operation
7.To keep close monitor of vessel movement / pro-forma schedule
8.Report to manager of any abnormal issue and port situation.
Requirements:
College or above
At least 1 year working experience in container terminal or shipping lines
Sound PC knowledge, Communication skill, Fluent (written & spoken) English
Basic knowledge of stowage planning terminal & vessel operation
