1997-现在 纽约理工大学管理学院，美国纽约School of Management, New York Institute of Technology, New York, U.S.A.终身教授，讲授MBA和本科课程包括《国际商业》、《行销学》、《商业策略学》等。曾任中国项目主任，现任管理学院的院长。
1995-1997 世界银行，美国华盛顿/The World Bank, Washington D. C., U.S.A.
顾问，参加中国扶贫项目，负责中小企业项目，审批项目建议并指导项目执行
1992-1997 协和大学商学院，美国威斯康星州School of Business, Concordia University, Wisconsin, U.S.A.助理教授，讲授MBA和本科生课程，包括《国际商业学》、《国际金融学》、《商业策略学》、《行销学研究》等。
国际MBA项目主任，主要发展以亚太地区为目标市场的国际教育项目。
