报告摘要:
The
research of organometal trihalide perovskite solar cells continues to boom with
device power conversion efficiency approaching that of single crystal solar
cells. One critical step in understanding why hybrid perovskite solar cells work
so well is to determine the carrier diffusion length in them. I will present the
advance in discovering the scaling of carrier diffusion length, which varies
from nanometer to centimeter scales, in the hybrid perovskites with respect to
material morphology and fabrication methods. I will also introduce our progress
of using low temperature solution processes, which are particularly attractive
in the fabrication of large area devices such as solar cells to reduce cost, to
form pinhole-free perovskite thin films at multiple length scales and high
device efficiency to 19% in planar heterojunction architecture devices.
报告人介绍
黄劲松教授于2007年获得加州大学洛杉矶分校材料科学与工程博士学位,其后在美国
Agiltron 公司以研究科学家(Research scientist)身份工作2年,于2009年就职于Nebraska-Lincoln
(UNL),目前是该校Susan J. Rosowski 荣誉副教授(Associate
Professor)。他的研究领域包括用湿法工艺发展传感、能量转换技术。目前已经公开发表论文超过80篇、授权10项美国专利、撰写1本专著和4本专著章节。其中,近五年以通讯作者发表1篇Science、
1篇Nature Nanotechnology、2篇nature Communication, 2篇Nature
Materials,以及数10篇Advanced Materials、Energy and Environmental
Science等论文。他目前是材料工程博士学科主席、William E. Brooks Engineering
领导小组成员,近年获得多个很有影响力的荣誉,包括美国科学基金会职业奖(NSF CAREER Award (2013)),
Edgerton创新奖(Edgerton Innovation Award (2012)), 国防部青年研究者奖(DOD Young Investigator
Award (2010))等。
