因科研工作需要,深圳电磁控制重点实验室的曹广忠教授、杜建铭教授面向国内外诚聘博士后研究人员若干名。
一、导师介绍
曹广忠,深圳大学机电与控制学院教授,现任深圳电磁控制重点实验室主任。目前主要研究方向为控制理论及其应用,电机/电磁系统设计驱动与控制,物联网与机器人技术,智能磁悬浮控制技术等。在IEEE等高水平学术刊物上发表论文80余篇,先后获得广东省科技进步二等奖、深圳市科技进步一等奖等奖项,拥有专利30余项,出版专著3部。
杜建铭,获西安交通大学工学博士学位,2003-2005年先后在香港科技大学任工程顾问、并从事博士后研究工作,主要开展高速、高精度运动控制、智能制造、机器人关键技术、机器视觉和机器学习等领域的研究。发表论文30余篇,获国家发明专利授权6项,实用新型专利2项,出版专著1部。
二、研究方向
(1) 电机/电磁系统设计驱动与控制,机器人技术及磁悬浮控制研究;
(2 )智能优化控制、机器学习、图像处理、模式识别、系统辨识研究。
三、应聘条件
(1) 博士毕业生(含春季或秋季应届生),年龄在40岁以下,有境外学习或工作经历者优先,境内毕业生需提供较强的英语听说读写能力证明;
(2) 博士期间在国际期刊上发表较高水平学术论文;
(3) 具备电机/电磁系统设计驱动与控制、机器人及磁悬浮控制等相关领域的研究背景,有较强的智能优化控制、机器学习、图像处理、模式识别、系统辨识等方面的专业技能;
(4) 具有良好的学术道德和严谨科学态度,身体健康,诚实守信,事业心强;
(5) 具有较强的科研创新能力和团队协作精神。
四、聘期待遇
(1) 按深圳市政府博士后研究生资助规定,中期考核和出站考核合格后可向深圳市申请两期补助,每期12万元(税后);
(2) 深圳大学提供每年5万元生活津贴,按月发放;
(3) 深圳大学每月发放2240元房补,发放24个月;
(4) 深圳大学每月200元午餐补贴,每年发放10个月;
(5) 合作导师每月发放科研津贴2000元;
(6) 按深圳市政府有关规定,对出站后留深工作者给予10万元科研启动经费;
(7) 博士后人员进站,可自愿选择落户深圳市。选择落户深圳市的,其配偶及未成年子女可办理随迁入户。博士后子女入托、入学等按深圳市相关条例执行;
(8) 提供多次出国考察及国际学术交流的机会。

Due to the scientific research needs, Professor Guang-Zhong Cao and Professor Jian-Ming Du in Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Electromagnetic Control of Shenzhen University are recruiting several postdoctoral researchers at home and abroad.
Introduction to Tutors
Guang-Zhong Cao is a professor in the College of Mechatronics and Control Engineering, Shenzhen University, and now he is the director of Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Electromagnetic Control. His research interests are control theory and its application, design、drive、and control of
motor/electromagnetic system, Internet of Things technology and robotics, and intelligent magnetic levitation control technology, etc. He has authored more than 80 articles in the high level academic journals such as IEEE, gained some certification and awards including“Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award”and“Shenzhen Scientific and Technological Progress Award”,etc, obtained more than 30 patents which are authorized, and published 3 books.
Jian-Ming Du has obtained the Ph.D. degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University, he used to work in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as an engineering consultant and postdoctor from 2003 to 2005, his research interests mainly include motion control with high speed and high precision, intelligent manufacturing, robot key technology, machine vision, and machine learning, etc. Now he is a professor in the College of Mechatronics and Control Engineering, Shenzhen University. He has authored more than 30 papers, obtained 8 patents which are authorized, and published 1 book.
Research Areas
(1) Research on design、drive、and control of motor/electromagnetic system, robotics, and magnetic levitation control.
(2) Research on intelligent optimization control, machine learning, image processing, pattern recognition, and system identification.
Applicant Requirements
(1) PhD graduates (including spring or autumn graduates) under 40 years old; Overseas study or work experience is preferred; Graduates from Chinese universities need to provide proofs for good oral and written English skills.
(2) Have published high level scientific papers in the international journals during the PhD study.
(3) Have research background in the field of design、drive、and control of motor/electromagnetic system, robotics, and magnetic levitation control, strong professional skills in intelligent optimization control, machine learning, image processing, pattern recognition, and system identification, etc.
(4) Good academic morality and rigorous scientific approach, good health, honest, and ambition with a strong responsibility.
(5) Strong research and innovation capacity and good teamwork spirit.
Terms and Conditions of Employment
(1) Execution referring to relevant welfare for post doctoral researchers by Shenzhen Government, postdoctors can apply to the government for two-term subsidies when they are qualified to the mid-term examination and the scientific research work, subsidies: RMB 120k/term (after tax).
(2) Shenzhen University provides living allowance RMB 50k/year and paid monthly.
(3) Shenzhen University provides housing subsidies RMB 2240/month for twenty-four months or circulating house according to the lecturers housing standards of Shenzhen University.
(4) Shenzhen University provides lunch subsidies RMB 200/month, ten months each year.
(5) The tutor provides scientific research allowance RMB 2k/month.
(6) Research start-up funds of RMB 100K according to relevant regulations of Shenzhen Government, if the researchers continue to work in Shenzhen after the postdoctoral research period.
(7) Post doctoral researchers are voluntary to choose settling in Shenzhen. For the one who choose to settle down in Shenzhen, his spouse and minor children can also apply for addition, and enjoy going to school according to Shenzhen related regulations.
(8) Chances of short-term going abroad to visit foreign countries for international academic exchange, such as USA, Germany, Korea, Janpan, etc, which would be offered for joint research and project cooperation if necessary.
