Cell tracking is a hot topic recently suggested by biologists. With a high precision tracking system, researchers can monitor cells’ features which they feel interested and it will certainly make a great help to their researches. In this paper, a powerful tracking system is proposed. The system tracks the cells by processing cell images in gray scale and that makes it a non-destructive approach to monitor live cells. Furthermore, the system achieves high precision in detecting and tracing cells even if the input video is in low conditions, which outperforms other benchmarking methods.
