主要研究电子回旋共振(ECR)等离子体纳米表面加工原理,碳基纳米结构表面的制造,表征,摩擦接触机理,以及石墨烯嵌入式纳米表面摩擦学行为的透射电镜原位观察测试研究。博士阶段起研究ECR等离子体溅射纳米表面加工系统,基于发散式ECR等离子体中的离子照射技术制造出非晶碳纳米表面,阐明其摩擦接触特性。2010.10-2011.11在东京大学访问期间结合射频等离子体离子照射技术,发现了离子能量和基板温度对碳纳米结构的控制规律。博士后期间针对石墨烯纳晶嵌入式纳米表面进行研究,阐明了ECR电子和离子照射对石墨烯纳晶嵌入式碳纳米表面结构、形貌的控制规律。2015年起加入深圳大学纳米表面科学与工程研究所,在ECR低能电子照射制造大面积超高密度石墨烯边缘嵌入式纳米表面、对边缘密度调控规律和定量性表征上开展进一步研究。同时在国家自然科学基金青年项目的资助下,开展碳纳米结构表面透射电镜原位摩擦观察测试研究。至今已发表16篇英文论文(其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文8篇,其中关于碳纳米结构表面纳米压痕力学特性研究论文单篇他引次数12次),10篇国际会议论文;申请发明专利8项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,中国博士后科学基金1项;作为核心成员参加国家863项目1项,国家自然科学基金项目4项。
